Around here, we don’t do one-size-fits-all. Every transaction is different and thus, tailored to the goals and needs of each client. While I’ve worked on nearly every kind of deal from condo conversions to land sales over the years, my practice has evolved (by design!) to focus on residential purchases and sales in the City of Portland.
