Three Times the Fun!

Our clients were looking to not only combine and sell their two households, but wanted to start fresh in a new shared home. This meant taking on the often challenging task of selling (in this case) two houses while simultaneously beginning the process of finding and purchasing another.

So we hit the ground running by listing her Richmond Craftsman. As you can imagine this sale was pretty smooth sailing due to the popular neighborhood and style. My clients’ shared love of Mid-Century Modern architecture was a driving factor in their search. And, unexpectedly, an amazing MCM home presented itself, and our clients fell in love. We helped them move forward with that purchase and then put his NE Portland ranch house on the market.

Sometimes the pieces just all come together. In this case we managed to keep every plate spinning and we met every projected goal. Our clients are now living in their very stylish dream home.
