I’m passionate about helping people realize their goals and find homes that are absolutely perfect for them. I have a knack for listening carefully to what is said AND not said, and quickly zeroing in on the best/fastest/most enjoyable way to get there.

My commitments to you are these: when you hire me, you hire a partner, project manager, friend, and resource. I take on your case with the same urgency and care as if it were my own. I never represent both sides in a transaction. I limit the number of clients I work with at a given time to ensure I can be available when you want to look at something and always have time for your calls and questions, even long after you’ve closed on your new home. Your concerns are my concerns. Pretty simple, really.

Helping people find and acquire their home is a big deal, and I feel honored to be trusted with the responsibility. I love my job, and it shows.

My experience is pretty diverse. In six years, I’ve worked on almost every kind of transaction: I’ve negotiated storefront leases, worked on the development side converting and marketing condos, dabbled in a bit of residential and commercial property management and of course, helped clients buy and sell single family homes. I’ve worked on 1920′s bungalows, 1950′s ranches, new construction Craftsmans, high-rise and vintage condos and everything in between.

A couple of things I don’t do a lot of: suburbs, commercial and rural property. I have colleagues that specialize in these things and I’d be happy to give you a referral – just ask.

A few more things? Well…I’m a third-generation Oregonian, second-generation Realtor with a deep passion for Portland, food, community, and all things home. I relish every opportunity to bake, jam, pickle, infuse, and grow things at home and I live in North Portland with my husband, Kevin, our puglet, Lucy, and our five chickens.
